NLEX a win away from a historic sweep in PBA

NLEX Road Warriors beat the Big Chill Superchargers
in Game 1 of the PBA D-League Commissioners' Cup and
a win away from completing a historic sweep,
yesterday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.
The Road Warriors notched its 12th straight win and
put themselves in a position to claim the
championship again.
Calvin Abueva came off the bench and scored 16
points and led the Road Warriors to victory.
NLEX dominated the game in all aspects as they took
control of the game early and never really been
threatened by the Superchargers.
Ian Sangalang tallied 14 point while RR Garcia and
Jake Pascual contributed 12 and 11 points. NLEX shot
well from the field at 51%.
Game 2 is scheduled on thursday, June 14, 2012.
